Digital Sketches

The initial name idea for the bakery was Paws and Palms, making a reference to the diverse group of clients that would be welcome.

After deliberating and consulting with different people in the target audience and experts it was determined that the name “pupcake” was more memorable and friendlier.

Typography

Pupcake is a friendly, approachable, caring and a little whimsical brand. The chosen typography, Montserrat Alternates is a perfect combination of geometric and fun and it is because of these attributes that I chose it for this project.

To complement the sans serif modern type I chose Museo Slab. Should be used mostly for display purposes, always as individual sentences, never as a paragraph.
